Customized, individual coaching is why we started The Endurance Drive. Our personalized, daily communication with our athletes is well beyond what is offered by any other coaching service. We care deeply about our athletes. We are partners in your athletic journey and work daily to help achieve your goals. Regardless of the athletic level, we enjoy and thrive on seeing our athletes achieve their hopes, dreams and desires - whether that is going to Kona or finishing their first triathlon.
One-on-one coaching
I offer personalized, one-on-one coaching designed to help athletes thrive in every aspect of triathlon and endurance training — from the fundamentals to the fine details.
Each coaching relationship is customized and includes:
Swim, Bike, and Run Workouts tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level
Swim/Bike/Run Video Analysis to improve efficiency, form, and performance
Race and Training Nutrition Guidance to help you fuel effectively during training and racing
Race Tactics and Pacing Strategy specific to your course, goals, skills and conditions
Gear and Equipment Recommendations for optimal affordability and reliability
Daily TrainingPeaks Communication for ongoing feedback and adjustments
Regular Zoom, Text, or Email Check-Ins for planning, accountability, and support
In short — I help you cover everything it takes to arrive on the start line confident, prepared, and race-ready, no matter the distance.
This is a high-touch, relationship-based coaching model. Nearly all of my athletes are busy professionals, parents, or both. We work together as partners to design training that fits real life.
The cost is $250–$300 per month, on a sliding scale. You set the price based on your budget. The coaching, communication, and attention to detail remain exactly the same for every athlete.
The Triathlon Academy
What It Is:
The Triathlon Academy is designed for athletes who want to train with The Endurance Drive but may not be ready for full one-on-one coaching.
It incorporates our “best of” workouts and proven training practices. You’ll receive structured weekly and monthly plans to help you build triathlon skills and a solid fitness foundation.
Support:
I’ll be available through TrainingPeaks and email for guidance and feedback. If we have enough participants, we’ll also host a monthly Zoom call for additional Q&A and community connection.
Who It’s For:
The Triathlon Academy is geared primarily toward athletes beginning their endurance journey—especially those training for Sprint and Olympic-distance races. While it’s mostly short-course focused, I do offer a 70.3 (Half Ironman) option. It’s probably not suited for full Ironman-distance training.
How It Differs from One-on-One Coaching
The main difference between one-on-one coaching and The Triathlon Academy is the level of individualization.
One-on-one coaching is highly customized and involves regular, hands-on feedback tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.
The Triathlon Academy offers a structured, yet generalized plan—still rooted in The Endurance Drive methodology, but designed for independent athletes.
The cost is $125 per month for Sprint/Olympic athletes and $175 for Half Ironman focused athletes.
Single Sport Coaching
Is your passion centered on one sport? Perfect.
I offer dedicated, one-on-one coaching for runners, cyclists, swimmers, adventurers who want to perform their best — whether that means crushing a half marathon, marathon, ultramarathon, or preparing for cycling stage races, gravel events, or epic adventures.
Together, we dive deep into mastering your sport — balancing training load, recovery, nutrition, and mindset — all in a sustainable, healthy way that fits your life.
The cost is $150 per month.
You’ll receive the same individualized attention, communication, and performance-driven guidance as my multisport athletes — just focused entirely on your discipline.
