Zwift Triathlon Bike workouts
We love Zwift for triathlon training whether it’s Ironman, Half Ironman, Olympic and Sprint training. Most of our athletes use our Zwift structured workouts to build their Base bike fitness and their key long and half distance triathlon workouts. We have developed an extensive Zwift library of bike workouts covering everything from active recovery, Zone 2, Tempo, Sweet Spot, Threshold, VO2 Max, Anaerobic Capacity and Neuromuscular training.
If you are a time-crunched triathlete, as most of us are, structured Zwift workouts are the quickest path to bike fitness and race readiness. There is no bike fitness like trainer bike fitness - it’s where the maple syrup is made! And we keep it fun and full of variety; you will rarely repeat the same Zwift workout with our cycling program.
