One-on-One Coaching

Customized, individual coaching is why we started The Endurance Drive. Our personalized, daily communication with our athletes is well beyond what is offered by any other coaching service. We care deeply about our athletes.

We are partners in your athletic journey and work daily to help achieve your goals. Regardless of the athletic level, we enjoy and thrive on seeing our athletes achieve their hopes, dreams and desires - whether that is going to Kona or finishing their first triathlon.

Triathlon one-on-one coaching includes:

*Triathlon- and open water-specific swim workouts.

*Swim video analysis.

*Bike workouts, also available on the Zwift platform.

*Run workouts and drills designed to increase speed, strength, and sustainability.

*Strength training individualized to your needs.

*Workout and race nutrition planning.

*Proven race strategies and tactics.

*Emphasis on teaching best practices and athletic principles.

*Regular phone / Zoom / TrainingPeaks communication with your coach.

*This is a very high touch, personal partnership with our athletes.

*Integrate seasonal planning and workouts into your daily / weekly life and schedule.

One-on-One Coaching: Student Pricing

We have a particular interest in supporting young adult or student athletes as they get involved with endurance sports. We also believe that young adult athletes have unique needs in terms of training and coaching that require specialized approaches to optimizing performance, health, and wellness. Starting in 2023, we are offering all of our one-on-one coaching services at a student rate for athletes under the age of 25. Please contact Coach Katie for more details!
