Triathlon Training for Beginners
We were all once beginners in everything we do. One of the many things we love about triathlon is that nearly everyone comes to the sport from either no background in triathlon, swimming, biking, or running, or maybe a background in one of those sports. The triathlon tribe welcomes beginners from any swim/bike/run/couch background.
In particular, we at the Endurance Drive have a passion for helping beginner triathletes structure their training, learn best tri practices, tackle gear selection, and understand race pacing and nutrition support whether they want to tackle their first Sprint or an Ironman. We are partners in guiding our athletes along in the sport.
